Lol at least this guy is entertaining, I don't even care if he's breaking the rules. He's right in some ways, victimless crime and all, but I'm surprised he hasn't caught on to the general feel of this forum. As long as he's not littering, breaking things on other people's curbs, taking advantage of the scrap yards, then I think he's ok. Dumpster diving shouldn't be illegal, if you find it in a dumpster then it's not all that bad putting it back in a dumpster, furthermore some states still allow you to put tvs out for trash pick-up. Something needs to be done with them. The only wrong here is that he's filling someone's dumpster with a tv he found in someone else's dumpster, and people pay for trash services.
