A lot of what you get on your return depends on how much labor you put into it. I do a little buying from the local scrappers and try to hold the price consistent at 5.00$ / unit regardless of condition. It keeps it simple for them and they know what to expect for a return. A tower takes about 8 - 10 minutes to break down into it's component parts. From there, after breaking down the components, i might show a few dollars of net profit after expenses. It's not a big money thing.
