    If he had done his home work before he came out he would of found out that im in compliance with the city county and state. Maybe my neighbor can find something else to do withn his time. Maybe the old fart needs a hobby
    Take him a copy of your license or permit to run your yard, maybe a face-to face would lighten the mood.
