Good advice on how to handle the situation when receiving a bad check. What course of action do we have when material is shipped to an ewaste buyer and nothing happens? No response, no email, no contact, unanswered phone calls, etc. A post office receipt that it was delivered is all that I have. Suggestions?

I would be in contact with their county's prosecutor. They pursue that type of things. Tell them you would like to press charges.
