Matt - would that actually even matter if they sell the stuff? it's out of their hands at that point. Wouldn't the paper trail end after they sell it? Like when we sell to the yard, we don't have to show proof of what happened to it after that point.

Certain recycling permits or classifications require a paper trail all the way to the last person to touch it.
