If you plan on taking it all in on one big load, your scrap yard of choice might be willing to do a special dropoff around closing time if you ask nicely.



I'm in the same boat. I try to either only bring in a few types at a time, usually alternating between shred and aluminum, or shred and copper, and can usually do a full trip well within my one hour lunch.
