    Aluminum ladder!

My other job besides scrapping is instructing Tae Kwon Do, and last night after all the students had left, I was locking up and noticed a ten foot, twisted up, aluminum ladder by the dumpster, I poked my head in the building (attached to the gym, strip mall type setup) and asked the contractor about it and he said go for it! Not a huge find by any means but I always love finding stuff off the clock Just finished hacking it up now, and came in for an iced tea! Godda love working your own hours! Although I find myself working a lot more than when I work for someone else....... I feel like that is what people do not understand.....its nice to have the flexibility, but if you are going to get anywhere, you have to work hard, and often!!

Did you have to hack it up? My yard accepts aluminum for the same price regardless of size. Congrats. I used one to hang plants from on the porch. The neighbor bought it for $ 10.00. I sold it. Wife was pissed so I found another and did the same thing. Got another offer so now I have an extra for anyone that makes an offer. No offers lately, but I have one in case. Of course I can not hang plants in this type of weather, so it might be spring before I sell the next. Another idea is hanging plants from wagon wheels. They are more popular, but harder to find.
