A long time ago a "friend" showed me how to sell scrap. We spent a whole day driving alleys and then took our load in and made 5 bucks each. Everything went as shred. This is all I knew of scrapping and I never did it again until a few years ago. I had a decent job but everytime I was about to make ends meet, seems like someone moved the ends. I googled ways to make side money and got a list of 5 ideas, one of them being scrap metal. Curiosity led me here and I learned enough to make a dang good living working for myself. This forum changed my life. Thank you to the admin for creating this site, and to everyone who posts here. Also a special shout out to mechanic688, who has made some of the most helpful posts I've seen here and in ludicrous quantity. The man ought to open a scrap metal school lol.
