Ironhunter, yes I may buy a new pressure switch or take one off my other 15 compressors but I guess I like the challenge. I did find a screw under that plug and haven't yet had time to mess with it. Too many distractions/crisis etc. You all know how that goes. The screw in mind is just to the right of the pretty green aqua wire. It appears to be the only adjustment on the thing. Notice the JB weld on the pop off valve. That wasn't my doingIt works but I suppose if I chip it off, I'll have another leak as it was put there for a reason. Likewise I can't read the pressure setting on it....Here's the picture:
