    If they were 4 doors down in a residential neighborhood, not apartment complex, I would know them and they would have known to let me know when they were throwing something like that out.
    I don't know how many times I came home from work and there would be an xbox, vcr, computer, ect on the front porch with a note on it saying who it came from.

    Thought it was just me! Today I came home to a remote control car, dehumidifyer, and a box of AC Adapters. No clue where they came from!
