I met with an attorney the week before to create a LLC and today I received my final sign papers. Not happy with how much money I am burning through. He did give me a break on the bill by talking to a friend of his who is a loan manager at a bank in New Orleans. The loan manager has to convince the bank board to approve a potential client on a couple million for upgrading a scrap yard. The loan manager was clueless about recycling and anything to do with metals. I gave him the cliff notes version of the business, this website and Wikipedia links to definitions of big words such as ferrous and nonferrous. He was very humble and it was very cool to think that a guy that high up would listen to me talk for an hour.
