    Yes you did way better than sheet steel prices. They are Aluminum- whether chrome plated or not

    My core buyer pays a little less for Chrome Alloy Rims vs Aluminum rims:
    Straight Aluminum: .85/lb
    Chromed Alum: .65/lb

    You probably just netted yourself a good $35-$45 bucks depending on what your yard pays for them.

    I'm so into scrapping.. When my Steel Toe Boots Wear out, I cut the Steel out of them and recycle the Toe!
