    Ok.. So This is Why I love this forum.. I was just excited to get ahold of a 200 lb.. mainly Stainless Steel Fudge Machine.. Turns out.. Instead of tearing into it for peanuts.. I may have very well been handed a small block of gold.. Unit is still as it sat in the flood waters of 2008.. haven't touched it except to move it and take these pics.. I'm going to do some research and see if I can do something with it other than it ending up in the SS shread pile.. I appreciate the input guys!

    I'm so into scrapping.. When my Steel Toe Boots Wear out, I cut the Steel out of them and recycle the Toe!
