- Is there any money in this old car battery?
around here i can sell batteries in any condition.ive sold them that have been burnt in fires my core buyer just geuses them at either 3/4 or 1/2 a battery and pays me accordingly.in my area batteries are sold by the piece not by the pound .i hear alot of folks on here saying they sell them by the pound and if that was the case im sure they will just weigh it.assuming there is still lead in it
