    looks like a good old timey one! make sure the oil is good in it. The motor's easy to swap out. Do you know what parts he took? It doesn't have a guard on it, might not be hard to make one though, might even find an open crate of some kind to just roll it into and help keep kids away from the wheels, or maybe just a wire cage that sits down over the whole thing
