He didn't say but, from the looks of the guy I'd say from poor workmanship. Supposedly, he put up drywall for a living. Around here, that's even easier to get into than scrap metal. I had a dry wall guy wanted me to get a bunch of stuff (including a pickup, car and dryer) from his yard cause it was "too much work" to haul it to the scrap yard.
