Can you say Rotophase, any 3 phase electric motor can easily be turned into run as long as the voltage tag reads 220 / 440 volts. You just have to make sure it's wired 220 volts then your past step one.

There are plenty of DIY plans online on how to make manual and auto starting roto phase from old 3 phase electric motors. I made a manual start for a 10 hp 3 ph chop saw I once owned.
