    asbestos should NOT be placed in an open dumpster. Asbestos removal requires special teams, dust constraints(incuding air filters), and placement in special air tight containers, and proper removal and disposal

    It was not asbestos it was Rock - Ceiling Tiles (not old tiles also) and wire
