Turn them in as is.
Cut the bulbs off to get better price.
Mix them in with the shred.

It was fall cleanup here the last couple of weeks. Christmas lights EVERYWHERE!! I prolly have over 70 pounds!! I am going to clip the bulbs off during the long cold winter and put it the low grade wire bucket and try and sell the bulbs as replacements on eBay..
