If your shipping that size box regularly, I would strongly suggest saving up and trying LTL (frieght shipping). Best bet is to talk to Ewasted or Gorven, find a terminal near you. Load up your boxes and build a pallet in the driveway of the terminal. FYI - my last load that was shipped 8 or 9 hours away was between 4 and 5 cents a pound.

21 pallets of per pound items, little under 12000 pounds, not counting pallets or boxes and 9 pallets of monitors, about 520 monitors.
That was FTL as opposed to LTL. I could have stacked some pallets to ship additional stuff for the same price ($705)
