    1. You may get more for a 20 than a 200gb pure scrap value, but the difference wouldn't be much. I can't imagine you would make any money buying HD from ebay to just scrap them. SHipping alone would most likely be more than scrap value.

    3. I would always test them, worth way more resale than scrap if they are the right size
    4. People on ebay are CRAZY! Most likely using them for parts. Still seems high
