Let me add a twist to this:

Where would a fella go to buy mixed metal scrap in large quantites in the Maryland/Pennsylvania/Virginia area? Every contact I have talked to in this are asks me to sign a long term contract first which is what my company prefers, but then they tell me that selling internationally is not worth their time because they can easily sell to American mills at market price since the mills dictate the current price.
