Pickin day before garbage day. best times?

we dont have garbage in front of houses between curb and sidewalk we have alleys behind houses do you still go to these places at night or only by curb there isnt much traffic around here thru alleys at night just dont want to get in trouble wouldn't mind working at night though lot cooler its been 100 degrees for like 40 days in a row

by car and curb, LUCK !! Dumpsters behind building i'll take a look & grab but we should get permission . Night i am not crazy about gotta have a flash light you end up standing out . All in All no one wants to have to enplane them selves to the police
