Noticed you backed that truck on, good idea keeping the weight at the back.
its always best to pull it on forwards, but in this business you have to take them the way they are dealt to you and this one was pulled up against a fence, mechanic likes to say the tail wagging the dog and he is correct, if you have more weight at the back of the trailer it will tend to push you around so you have to take it easy

expect the worst and hope for the best

On my 3/4 ton camper hauler (I had 2 at one time) I used rear tires that were 2" wider, they were like a 285/16 and had a 8 ply sidewall.
That eliminated the trailer "wagging" the tail of the truck, the sidewalls were stiff.
If you have a long ways to go hauling, spend a few extra bucks and get a set of load levelers bars for you trailer. With them you can adjust the amount of tongue weight. Here's 2 different styles.

The smaller silver rod along the frame is a sway bar you can get at camper stores. These set-ups will allow you to run down state roads and have a semi coming at 60 mph and not so much as a squiggle out of the trailer, it goes where you put it.

Sorry for the hijack, but it is kind of relevant.
