Big old Ford Cutting up

Cutting up this ford and catalina. Im mostly cutting the ramps off the truck for prepared and rest will be towed in. Noone I knows has a big enough rig to handle it. Question I have is does anyone know if the rear and leafs are worth more than scrap? The rear in the truck looks like a dana 60 or bigger. It is a 2 speed rear and has a heavy leaf pack. Any idea?

Also the Catalina there is going. Anyone know if the 400 in it is worth anything to anyone? I have had it listed for 2 weeks and no bites.

400 small block Pontiac motor? You anywhere near Ky?

The 400 is probably worth 100-200 as a core unless you can make it run. How's the interior and dash? Bumpers can sometimes be resold for up to $30/ea as cores to buyers like the Bumber Boyz if they stop at a show in your area.

Don't think there's a market for the rear axle in the truck. Fewer and fewer people seem to be messing with the big iron.

Is that a 50's car behind the truck?

ok first off for pontiac there is no "big block" or "small block" per se all their v-8's were built on the same block architecture and i sold a running pontiac 350 last year on ebay for $300 and the guy drove from OH to pick it up so i would say a 400 is worth something if you got the time to fool with it. with the old ford i would say scrap is your best bet, unfortunately as stated above unless the cab is in exceptional shape nobody really likes fooling with the old Heavy duty trucks like that. and please look up prices if your going to scrap the Hudson Hornet, those cars are hard to find parts for and even simple things like emblems can get you a few dollars
