    Theres no way that saturn has an all plastic rad. The sides are probably plastic but the fins and such need to be aluminum. Im in the middle of doin an A/C course for my apprenticeship so i literally just learned all this. Sounds like your off to a pretty good start though. Take aluminum rims as well if you are able to.

    Edit: you over payed for that saturn as well IMO. Id never pay more than 200 for something like that. BUT thats just me. if you can sell parts then you might be ok. But at a curb weight of 2500lbs minus the motor, trans, etc your lookin at maybe 1500lbs of weight. Panels are all plastic.
