What to do with 900 pop displays!?

I have acquired 900 pop displays in the boxes. They have 8" lcd screens and a circuit board on the back. It appears you plug in a flash to upload your video and mount the unit in a kiosk.

Can someone point me in the right direction/buyer to go with these?

Yes free, just the gas and time to pick them up. I dont have the room to store 900 of them, so I just need to sell them fast!

You might want to rent a storage unit for a month till you can move them.

I believe your account has to be a certin status - worst case scenario upload to photobucket or another image site and post the links in the post(they'll automatically become clickable).

I think you have to reach a certain level of posts. Photobucket is free I used it when I first got started.

Here is how maybe give it a try:

If they're all in working order, you have a decent amount of money there. What to do with them? Legwork - talk to screen buyers here and see if they can move them for you as a lot. Even if you get $5 each, that's a good chunk of change.

Like ryanw said start contacting people. Try local PC repair shops don't call go in person and take a couple with you to show them what you have.
To me it looks like they could be used as laptop screens. The question would be are they in demand (it looks like ebay has a ton listed). Throw some up on ebay for really cheap $5-10 buyer pays shipping and insurance.

    Good luck

Give one to your scrap yard to post prices or other notices.

People should want to buy these I would think!

Can these things be used like a photo display? Pop in a memory chip and cycle through photos on some sort of time delay?

At the right price, I'd buy several!!

    Jon.

My understanding is their the touch displays from the coke machines that you find in burger king - I don't think coke has a lcd touch display for anything else. Speaking of NewEarthRecycling, you ever go get these?

They are not touch screen. but they do have a sd card slot as well as usb to upload video/photo. I have a buyer, unsure of price offered at this point. I will be getting another 450 units that are un-used...

If anyone wants to step foward to purchase some now is the time
