How To Properly Process Condensors / What Machine Should I use

    Hi, Everyone.
I'm new to this forum. I have recently started a small "recycling" operation through which I want to process copper AC cords, Condensers (with copper coils), Compressors and other parts. All these parts come from Air Conditioners - Window, Portable, and Dehumidifiers.

One of the machines we purchased was a Radiator Processing Machine - O’Jung RW-828. We have been processing the AC condensers, but the machine does not split the copper lines from the aluminum radiator. We have tried to adjust it and it's gotten better, but not how it is supposed to be.

As a note, we are processing single-line and double-line condensers. Neither of them come out good. See attached pictures.

Any advice or recommendations? Thanks in advance.

The machine you try to sell is a JOKE, I get much better results using an old hammer mill from a feed mill powered from my tractor pto.

Can do ac core and also granulate copper wire, not bad for $100.00 investment, tractor was a bit more at $800.00.

Copper chops get compressed into briquets.

That's odd. I emailed a "recycling operation" off here. Just wanted to set up an appointment to drop some stuff off. First thing they wanted to know is who I was. That tells me a few things. They are looking for a set up, or there are 2 price lists. I hate different price lists, and everything in the end is a set up. They would've gotten my ID, which would tell them nothing, so it's very odd that people put email addresses out there and then are suspicious. Which is even odder, given a previous business arrangment this person had.
