My Job is buying me Tools to make Recycling easier. I have about everything i can think of, But still have money to spend.
They just bought me a winch, Demo saw, angle grinder, drill, Hand Tools, trailer, jump box, and floor scale. Material i recycle for them is just all Types of Metals, But i do breakdown items that pay. Im running out of ideas so i Turn to you for some wisdom.

I only buy tools based on need. So unless you actually need something, I'd say you're all set for now.

Here's an idea - Just because you have money, doesn't you have to spend it. You're not the government. Looks like you've got what you need.
People may laugh at me, but that's ok. I laugh all the way to the bank.

I assume you have torches? A few that come to mind are hydraulic sheer, skid loader, fork lift, sawzall. Most of those would be for a large scale op.

I do work for the government and i have to buy everything i will need for the year. I dont have the Option of buying it as i need it unfortunately. I do have a forklift and pallet jacks, But cannot use torches at This time. Sheer? Ill look into that, But dont think i need one. Thanks for ideas.

Ok. I take it back, then. Yes, I know the system very well. Use your allotment or lose that much next year. I was an Army Motor Sergeant and actually tried turning back $10,000 one year. From the Captain's reaction, you'd have thought it was a court-martial offense.

How about spare grinding wheels and spare grinder? Sawzall and various TPI sized blades? Gaylords? Will you break down computers? Then you'll need a specialized tool set.
Your demo saw will be great, but you could use a bench top chop saw for lots of stuff like cleaning motors and cutting the #2 ends off your #1 copper.

Chop saw is definitely going on the list. I thought about it, but after reading the posts it dawned on me that I would use that a lot and it would make my job easier.

I would recommend getting an index of specialty bits for impact drill drivers, like hex and security star bits. I use those more often than I thought I would. Also, carbide blades for reciprocating saws.

Copper wire loppers are a must

Small pry bar, cold chisels, bench grinder(also to sharpen your cutting tools when they dull), vise, air compressor, gangbox to secure your tools in. Btw since my tax dollars are buying you tools, when can I swing by to borrow the forklift

Keep the suggestions coming. I forget about so much and then end up using my own tools from home. Looking into an electric wire stripping machine.
If you get a lot of loose sheet aluminum, a baler would be sweet.
