What do you know about the dry and wet type copper granulator?

Generally, copper cable granulator is divided into two kind. One is the dry type and the other is the wet type.
Wet type copper wire granulator operates by constantly adding water to the machine during separation. This machine may does harm to environment due to the discharge of waste water.
Dry type copper wire granulator adopts air separator, air shaking table or electrostatic separation during operation and is equipped with high quality de-dusting system. It is environment-friendly and energy saving.

So why not just re-circulate the water in the wet type of granulator? The water could be filtered or run through a seperater of its own to recover what might be considered polution if released into the enviroment.

I have been lead to belive that using a wet shaker table is far more efficient that using the dry shaker. Mike.

sounds like the Dry version is much better, but like Miked says why not recirculate the nasty water, again it might be better for the dry version. That would be what I would choose based on the environmental impact you may have choosing the wet unit.

Yeah, we need to recirculate the waste water. While it will raise costs compared with the dry type.
