    My new shop!!

I finally found a shop to spread my wings in. I was running out of space in my home garage (half of a two car garage) and I am not fond of storing things like pc's outside. The pros are plenty of room 1000 sqft, very clean enviroment, heat, a/c, lift, plenty of light and shelves, locked gate entrance with video survelliance and two 10 ft doors. I can finally leave my truck or trailer indoors with valuable goods loaded, no more handling twice or more. The cons are rent, 10 minutes from home and lots of shelves to fill yet with pc's lol.

I really like the setup. Even though I live in California, heat and a/c would come in handy at my spot in sacramento...a/c especially.

Thank you all!! The compressor was there with the shop. It needs some work, perhaps another motor. There is one in the shop one the floor. I tried to power the compressor up, but the pulley looks like it is seized. It is in a pretty convenient location, the post office is just behind the building, there is a shipping company in the building in front of mine and a deli across the street. I am looking forward to growing into this space.
