    Old TelCom wire connectors?

    Good Afternoon Scrappers,

I found these 4 wire telecom ends on an old phone system. Does anyone know the name of them? I tried a google image search and ebay with no results. Are they still used today in special applications?

    Question

Is there a plug on the clip?

Edit: that is most likely a 4/8 wire slitter, splicer or junction by the way it's designed ... heck if I can identify which one.

Yes, RJ11 plug. It sort of looks like a "reusable" RJ11... since I can remove the wires and reuse the plug... but never seen one like that before.

I don't know the name but I've replaced many over the years with the crimp on type like Oldtoothlessbassmaster posted.

They were cheap to buy and didn't require a 100 dollar crimp tool.
