    TElecom Equipment Recycling Newbie

I just scored a whole crapload of telecom equipment. There is a lot of **** still boxed and tons of boards and just all this crap. My first thought was to scrap the load but then I thought there is probably more value to it. Where do I start I don't really have the space to store but will if I know I can get a good price. Help me out probably sitting on a gold mine and don't know it.

Google and Ebay are your friend. Start searching models and model numbers...

I might be able to get the inventory list but its a lot of material may take a while to sort through at least a half a box truck. For starters should I just start recovering boards and scrapping the metal servers no components in them? I think I can handle that for now until I start looking up model numbers.

You need to post some pics of the boards and what you're calling the metal servers here. Those metal servers, as you called them, could be the PBX cabinets that the boards slide into and could be worth money.

I'm familiar with telecom so my suggestion would be to not scrap anything until you know what you have. Post some pics.
