Got a few more things this afternoon!
The transformer weighs over 100 lbs.
The power supply (I got 4) weighs about 500 lbs.
Don't forget, I have to pay for the stuff!
.... I have been working at making these contacts for years.
    I'm interviewing a 3rd helper on Monday

Rome wasn't built in a day. Neither is a small business as many, you and I all know how hard it is. Those transformers look yummy!

    Spin,

Egads!! Shame on you for posting ePorn!! But it is very nice looking!!

I guess your part in this is to sort and prep for your buyer? Pull off any heat sinks or metal from the boards and pocket any solid gold pentium pros?

Good on ya! I hope you make TWO sockfuls of money from this shipment!!

    Thanks for sharing.

    Jon.

Yep! We go though and prep all the boards, remove excess metal & plastic and ship them out asap. It's a nice load. I won't mention all the gaylords of sh** I have to dispose of in order to get these! 2 socks!!

Would you take the time to break down the transformer or sell as is? I am thinking you are too busy to take the time.

Looks like you have taken the time and effort to develope good customers. Like you I pay for what I get but in my little one man part-time operation it works. Today I have to pick up a load of computers and some lap equipment and a have two more pallets waiting.

You are demonstrating what people can do with hard work and learning from what others have shared on the forum. Thanks for sharing your experiences. Mike

I have a box of transformers so heavy I can't even slide it across the floor. I may sell them as is, but these MONGO transformers will definitely meet their end at my workbench. I believe my SMF membership would be revoked if I didn't break those beasts down.

Funny you should ask... I broke down several of them yesterday.. The rest are going to the yard as is. Time is money! Gotta turn and burn!

I agree to much labor for what they yield....i have broken down a few but also determined not worth time effort or wear on tools etc
