    Aircraft ground support equiptment source

Hey all, just wanted to give you all a potential source of good scrap. Should any of you be near an airport take a drive around the perimeter roads or cargo areas. This would be where most of the Maint. shops would be. Chat up the Mechs or Maint. Mgrs. as most shops have a ton of crap that they just don't have time to get rid of and a station Mgr. on them to get rid of it. Also check out GSEMARKET.COM where some of the airlines auction off excess equipt. . The old lav carts & lav trucks are often sold for a song, they are nasty but have stainless tanks and lots of brass or stainless plumbing.
