Along with Metals and Electronics, I have started to recycle different forms of plastics.

I have the opportunity to recycle Vinyl Scraps from a window manufacturing company. With the housing market still pretty stagnant, their production has come to a crawl.
Slower production = less scrap vinyl.

I was trying to figure out a way to increase the amount of vinyl to get quicker turnaround times on my loads and I was wondering if plumbing companies have an arrangement with plastics/polymer companies to save their pvc piping and recycle it as scrap...

Any Plumbers by trade here know about what methods they handle that excess pvc piping and/or the amount of materials they average on waste?
