Winter Storms for Aluminum of All Sorts

Thought this might help a few. Each winter I contact local insurance adjusters, realtors and banks (now especially since so many places are OWNED by banks - grrrr!). I tell them I'm in the salvage business and if they have any storm damaged awnings, aluminum roofing, damaged mobile homes and the like, that I'll pick it up free. I also go to likely places after a storm and ask. I always get a good response. I really like to resell for reuse as much as possible but once the wind gets hold of aluminum, it's all over.

Thought this might put a few bucks in your pockets

    That's a good idea Mike.

In these parts after the tropical storms or a hurricane there are pool cages (screen rooms) all over the place.
They are so flimsy insurance companies won't even cover them anymore.
