Seeking Feedback On Designing a Craigslist Add

***Hi guys, I'm still new to this. I was hoping to get some opinions on this craigslist add, I'm really woried about pricing. I want to keep it simple so that I ensure profit and don't require the customers know all the details of their computers. *****

We Buy Old Working/Nonworking Computers & Parts

Do you have any old working/broken computer parts taking up space? We can get them out of your way as well as pay you a couple bucks for your trouble. Call me today at (***)***-**** or email me at ********** "@" gmail "dot" com (Sorry, emails addresses must be written like this on Craigslist in order to avoid scam emailers). We are licensed and insured.

    FAQ:
    1) What about the information stored on my computer?
We offer several ways to guarantee that your information is safety destroyed, including leaving you with the hard drive (All information within a computer is stored on a hard drive) or physically breaking the hard drive in front of you.

    2) What items do you take?
We take all computer/electronic parts and normally pay by the pound.

    3) What prices can I expect?
One of the main advantages of our service is driving to your location and hauling off these old/broken computer and electronic parts, thus freeing up the clutter in your home. On top of this we pay you a small sum based on the type and condition of the item. We normally buy computers and computer parts for between .02 -.10 cents a pound. Keep in mind that many junk yards charge you for old electronics and computer parts such as monitors, TV's etc.

4)What do you do with these computers?
All parts will be 100% recycled and kept out of our landfills. Some parts will be scrapped other parts will be rebuilt and sold or donated.

I agree - this is a great ad. Keep it really simple. You can always elaborate if asked. My Craigslist ad and business card/flyer says: "Wanted old computers working or not. Will pickup free. That's it.

@drozenski: Thanks for pointing out the licensed and insured part. I copied that sentence in full from my lawn care craigslist posts (which I am licensed and insured) and accidentally posted it in this add.

Doing lawn care will be a great FREE marketing strategy for you. Keep some fliers and business cards with at all times. When you do a lawn care service for a client, hand them a flier and business card. Never know, they might have stuff for you while your there!

I don't know if it helps or hurts me, but I name off all the towns around me within a 30/40 mile radius. My thoughts are if someone googles/searches CL for "scrap pickup boise" or whatever, I am easier to find.
