I had a pretty good day picking up appliances today. I picked up an old stove about 7 miles from home. While I was out there, I picked up a fairly new washer that I am going to fix (It wont stop filling). Then while I was loading that I got another call about 5 minutes away for 2 dryers and a washer. So I got 5 appliances for less than 10 miles of driving.
Just the opposite of Tuesday, when I drove 90 miles for only about 150 bucks worth of stuff that took me half the day to load.
I think thats what I like so much about scrapping. Every day is a new day and you just never know what you are going to end up with.
