It is just what he said it is,, it is solid gold trim not fingers, fingers have a gap in between. Those are trimmings from some factory that makes some form of circuit board.Neat pic but I can't seem to see any gold fingers in there? What are these off of?

I you don't know what a gold finger is and your planing on doing e scrap, my suggestion would to do a little reading on this forum. I have laid off this type of post for a long time ,but geeeees.
in the upper left corner you can find a slot that says scrap forum click it and it will tell you how to use the forum.
in the upper right corner is Advanced search which will give you archives and the answer to most any common question you can think of.
if you cant find the answer quickly or easily then feel free to ask any thing and, you will usually get a quick answer just sayin.
