    Cordless Phone Circuit Boards

So I had these cordless phones sitting in my electronics pile, I decided to take them apart just to see what is in them.

I believe these boards may be considered high grade. Looks like some gold on them. What do you all think?

They are high grade and pay better than PCI/server boards. But you need to have some weight before you can send them in for the top dollar. With us we ask that you have 3 or 4 pounds.

Cool, looks like I will start a new bucket and keep an eye out for more cordless phones. I can usually find them in the free boxes at yard sales.

I have several buckets of cordless phone boards myself. I was wondering what I was going to do with them, so this is great news!!! By the way though, all mine have rust and corrosion on them from being stored outside uncovered. Will they still be worth anything?

Tex, send easy a PM, he is located down in Texas and I am guessing by your name you may be too. He will be able to take those boards off your hands at a good price.

I took apart a DSL modem a few hours ago. Appears to be high grade.

i have gotten those too, but some of them have the black contacts where the buttons go, instead of the gold plated contacts. i think it makes a difference on grade.

I'm reviving this dead and long buried thread. Thanks for those pics as they match the boards I was gonna post pics of earlier from a newer thread!

Now to find out if I still need 3-4lbs of them before shipping them, or if there is a buyer who'll take'm without a lb min.

Yea, that's why I necro'd this thread, as it had the pics and info.

Amazing what you find hidden way back in the dark spaces of the forum. Heh.

Glad others found it as useful as myself.

Sirscrapalot - Has fun busting up cordless phones.
