Question about processor

    Question about processor



    It's an IBM POWER3-II made between 1998 and 2000



    I just got 10 servers each with one of these.

    They have no pins like the processors today. They are flat on the bottom.

    Im unsure of the gold content inside. Are they like the 286/386 processors?

    Might want to try and see if you can sell them first as replacements if they are good. Quick Google search, if these are the same, might get more than scrap value:
