    wow just landed what might be a megga deal for me !!!!!!!

    called one of the yards I sell to, a nonferis yard, and asked if they buy computers, john said no we are kind of waiting for some one else to jump in and lead the way. I said well im a pretty **** good swimmer. soooo they are going to start buying computers at .10, and will sell them to me at $5 or less.

    Good going olddude!! I'd get them down closer to 2 or 3 bucks since you are hauling them away. I didn't think of doing that because one of my yard takes them but I'm going to inquire at the other one next visit!

    Most of the yards I've inquired about them are only paying mixed steel prices on them so I don't think it would hurt to ask any of them.

    problem I have here is the yards dont want to take them, because they dont know how to deal with them, so I had to offer enough to get them to bother with.

    one yard the big one here just said it is not worth it at any proce they just bundle them up with tin scrap whole. wouldnt even talk about it. at $5 a pop.

    Just watch that you don't end up buying an empty carcass, you can sorta tell by looking at the back where the cards are screwed to the back of the case. There is those silver looking tabs on the back with and without plug-in's and if those are missing or empty, you probably got an empty carcass.

    I found a couple that way, so I just threw them into the steel pile.
