What are these worth approx??? Boilers!

I have a gentleman wanting me to make him an offer on these boilers. They are Burnham Series "2" boilers and are still hooked up in the home. They do not have the cast rads anymore thye were removed with a renovation. Says they are sheet metal and is not sure of the innards. Any help on the value in scrap would be great. Thanks and God Bless!

I would ask how much he is willing to pay you for cleaning up the mess............ Remember that if the boiler is older it is covered with asbestos........I have done a few over the years.
Most places have very strict laws about handling asbestos and for good reason.
The salvage yard may not even take it till all traces are gone.
I didn't see the photo before
It looks like there is some nice chunks of copper, brass and stainless plus control parts that may be resellable and they look new enough that they may not have the asbestos to worry about. I would take them for the labor of removing but would not pay for them myself.

I wouldn't pay either...that looks like a lot of work. Is that a basement....how's the exit? Hope there aren't steps. I'm anxious to see other replies, but Recycler is always a good source.

Those basement steps are the biggest reason I have gotten so many calls over the years.......... and all my old buddies run when they see me coming.........even with free beer and some cash they have learned that it's gonna be a rough ten minutes.
