hello guys, i go by eastofi95, im 35 years old and i have been in the auto body shop business my whole life. for years i've scraped radiators, aluminum wheels and the cake. what we call the easy stuff. i've allowed guys over the years to set up different containers and pallets for stuff such as batteries, bumper cover for remanufacturers of those things, all mixed metal we removed from cars and never took a cut or a kick back from anyone for any of it dissmissing it as pennies to me.
i recently got laid off of a 6 figure income and cant find work. I have 3 kids and wife and she has been fortunate enough to not have to work for the past 7 years. this has been a real eye opener. just four months ago i threw away a pc, copper tubing where i plumbed and remodeled a kitchen, 1 tv, and stainless steel bbq grille. Anyway, i have a va buddy that does this and i started talking to him and I am going to hit the curbs like a fly pulling stink out of a cow pasture. or whatever good analogy would go there. I hope to learn some stuff I don't know and maybe share some stuff I do with you gents, it seems like a great forum.
