What is it?!

I know the interior of it is lead and the exterior of it is brass.

But what would it be used for?!

They are stupid heavy but I guess you can expect that from lead.

What are those 3 "dots"? Are they rubber?

What's it look like on the other side, and what is the scale of it? Seems like it's small judging from the wood grain of the table. It could be the weighted base of a decoraive item, vase, candlestick, etc. Those three dots could be feet, if we're looking at it upsidedown?

Its about the size of your palm. I got it from a guy who was getting rid of a bunch of junk out of his house...he was quite well off if that helps at all.

And those things that look like 3 feet seem to be more of glue that possibly stuck to another one of these? The other side looks exactly the same just no "feet"
