    Definitive RAM weights

Hey, everyone! A long while ago I found a post on here talking about how much computer ram makes up 1lb and it was all over the place. Since then, I've devised my own chart of weights and thought I'd share it with everyone to get you a better understanding of your investment! Time and time again, I've used my chart to gauge how much weight is really there before I buy and 99% of the time I'm spot on after re-weighing them in my shop. Feel free to use this however you want. All I ask is that you don't take this info and re-sell it in any capacity.

This is only dealing with 2 main groups of ram; desktop (unshielded and non-low-profile) and laptop ram.
The beginning identifier is dealing with the chips on the module. The identifier is my own classification. The 'example' is the serial number of the module you can look up.

    DESKTOP (unshielded and non-low-profile)
