Heater core and I need a bigger truck

About a month and a half ago on the way to the scrapyard my heater core decided it wanted just burst so it could show me what antifreeze smells and tastes like while behind the wheel coming through the vents. The core has been bypassed since then and I am really dreading replacing it since the ENTIRE dashboard has to come out and steering column has to be lowered in order to replace it but it's going to be near 32 degrees as an overnight low soon so I have to spend a weekend doing it. I am a car and truck enthusiast but I still hate cars and trucks at times like this.

Good thing is that last weekend I had such a good score I am still not finished going to the yard from all I collected/cleaning brass, aluminum and copper etc..., just from one person, and I have another load tonight to pickup... I wonder if I can scrap in my sons Neon... LOL No cause I had over 1200 lbs. last weekend in one load including one cast iron tub - actually 2 total but one in each load. I've got pics. I need a bigger truck cause I am pretty sure that's over my trucks payload capacity, I ran myself ragged trying to keep up and I wanted a slow day last Sunday cause I had such a good Saturday including 27lbs of brass. I finished around 11pm Sunday with an explosion of metal in the backyard and a truck with it's bumper on the ground in the garage - I leave it in there cause one of my back windows is still plexiglass at the moment - it's a slider back window and the left one is covered with plexiglass

A bigger truck is like a bigger house, once you get one it will still be to small. Congratulations on your score. If it is any consolation, I have two pieces of machinery without windows. I quit replacing them because I would just break them again.
Give back more to this world than we take.
