    Hermine

Survived another Florida rain shower. It's really too bad the scrap metal doesn't float because I would have made a killing. Sending a little wind and water your way, Sirscrapalot. I hope you ride it out well with a heavy-duty cooler by your side.

    Update...

Go the backend of the storm this morning after posting. Went to take a nap as I was up all night, woke up to the top of a pine tree on my roof! No damage thankfully. My Neighbor runs a lawn company so we'll be cutting up the pine tomorrow.

Other then that...no damage, or at lest nothing that can't be fixed an made right.

Got lucky on the branch tho...fell in other direction I'd be filling out insurance forms for a totaled van. Ha ha!

Sirscrapalot - I love you mother nature. - My real quote would have been censored...so lets go with the nice one. lol.

Sorry to read about your tree troubles, Sirscrapalot. Hope it gets cleared off with no issues. I cleaned up in my front and back yards today (downed branches mostly), then I cleaned up at the yard by taking all the scrap in from the garage and storage area. Not the best prices, but a happy wife trumps all that as she can now get her Caddy out of the weather.

    Thank ya Snorton!

Tree is the bad part, everything else made it through...other then that tree. Could've been worse an all that, so it's all good. Hope everyone else fared well that weathered...the storm.

An yes...a happy wife is a happy life.
