    Brilliant.
Great to hear your scrapping methods too! May not be big time like some on here but it fills the gaps when it counts... and that's what counts

Very true I do need a bigger bucket for my ali as I'm now stripping things down even more.

Got some good ali radiators from two fridges I stripped all adds up.

Gabriel can't wait to see that compactor of yours was trying to rack my brains on making one myself to crush all my food cans.

Jedi- Nice score, always like things that have multi- nf metals. What are "combi boilers" anyway...??

Combi gas boiler not shore what you guys call them but they combine heating tap water and double up as a central heating system.

It's the first time I've ever taken them apart so gonna look for some more now must have a good few kg of brass and ali maybe a kg of copper between the two.

I did get a nice looking red mother board out of one of them post some more pics up tomorrow.

Same here I take my shred in as soon as I get a decent load as the price is still low.

Spending some time in front of the television stripping my copper wire it all adds up and makes a nice pay day when u get round to taking it to the yard.

    Keek up the good work.

Jedi- I think those "combi boliers" is a rare bird of a device, at least around here. Sounds pretty economical if you have a smaller place to live.

That was going through my thoughts when I posted it up wasn't sure if you guys delt with anything like this.

There in most houses in the UK run on both gas and oil very economical to run as part of the homes central heating system I on the other hand like my solid fuel/wood burner nothing beats a good fire.
